1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Product & Pricing Disclaimer

  1. All product images, sizes and descriptions are for reference only. Minor color differences caused by screen display do not count as product defects.
  2. All prices are listed in [USD/EUR], excluding shipping fees, import duties and local consumption taxes.
  3. We reserve the right to adjust product prices, promotions and discounts without prior notice to customers.

3. Payment & Order Cancellation

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and other mainstream credit card gateways. Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be canceled arbitrarily. A 10% order processing fee will be deducted for unshipped voluntary order cancellations.

4. Return & Refund Policy (Google mandatory disclosure)

  1. Eligibility: Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the package. Items must be unused, unwashed and kept in original intact packaging. Customized, intimate and hygiene products are excluded from free returns.
  2. Return Shipping Cost: Customers bear all return shipping fees unless the return is caused by our product quality error.
  3. Refund Process: Full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned goods. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, pictures, designs, logos and graphic materials on this website are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, commercial use or counterfeiting is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any losses arising from customer input errors of delivery address, customs detention, logistics delays or force majeure events. Our maximum compensation liability shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for the product.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any transaction disputes shall first be resolved through customer service negotiation; unresolved disputes will be submitted to the court where our business entity is registered.

8. User Data Privacy

All personal information including name, shipping address and contact number collected during checkout is only used for order fulfillment and delivery.
