Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Pre-order items will be shipped on the date listed on the product page.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, subject to logistics carrier, customs clearance and regional restrictions:
  • United States & Canada: Standard shipping 7–15 business days; Express shipping 3–7 business days
  • European Countries: Standard shipping 8–16 business days; Express shipping 4–8 business days
  • Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days

    Delivery delays caused by customs inspection, peak holiday seasons or remote areas are not eligible for compensation.

3. Shipping Cost Rules

  1. Free Standard Shipping: Orders over [XX USD] qualify for free standard delivery.
  2. Standard Flat Rate: A fixed shipping fee of [XX USD] will be charged for orders below the free shipping threshold.
  3. Express Upgrade: An additional [XX USD] fee applies for expedited express shipping.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may incur import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and local taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. By placing an order, you agree to pay all local import charges upon arrival. We do not cover any customs-related fees.

5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your package shows lost tracking status or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. You must provide clear photos of damaged goods and your tracking number. We will assist you to file a claim with the logistics provider, and offer a reshipment or partial refund of product value (shipping fees are non-refundable).

6. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship hazardous items, liquids, batteries or restricted goods to certain countries. Please contact support to confirm shipping availability before checkout for special products.

7. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address input by customers. Reshipping fees will be charged for returned packages due to wrong addresses.
